At CatNight, your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair exchange and refund policy to ensure hygiene and quality for all our customers.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Only size exchanges are allowed (subject to availability).
- Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the product back.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds unless:
- You receive a wrong item, or
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Share clear photos of the item showing the issue.
- Once verified, we will initiate a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

Important Notes
- Items sent back without prior communication will not be accepted.
